YGILIS had worked with a design agency to develop a new form of connected water bottle for managing and maintaining healthy water consumption habits. They briefed RPD to help set up a supply chain to produce their product for sale in global retailers such as Selfridge’s.

RPD worked to develop manufacturing ready drawings and processes, suitable for initiating a supply chain. We developed all of the QA/QC processes to ensure premium product quality and obtain the required certifications for sale in each market.

MySmartBottle is a refillable drinking bottle that aims to help you quantify your consumption of water and other products. The smart flow sensor calculates how much you drink and your habits to provide tips to improve your routine in their supporting phone app.
