How long have you worked at RPD? What is your background?

I have worked for RPD for 2 years. Prior to joining the team at RPD, I spent 5 years managing key corporate FMCG accounts, predominately in the food and drink industry. I managed over 4 million pound contracts from prospect through to embedding into long-term, supply agreements. My back ground is specifically in packaging but more broadly encompassed relationship building, problem solving and driving value and growth with key accounts

What is a typical day like for you?

The beauty of my job is there is no typical day. There is a huge variety of projects at RPD which means that I am regularly working on a plethora of exciting opportunities for clients in varying industries. The consistent aim for my role is to ensure that I am talking to every client on a regular basis, helping to deliver the project to a standard that exceeds client expectations and opens doors for them, and RPD, in the future.

What has been your favourite project to work on and why?

My favourite project at RPD has been T-labbs for Unilever. This has been both an exciting and challenging opportunity because we started from scratch with the client, helping to develop the brief of what they wanted to produce and took this right through to manufacture. The process has been incredibly collaborative and RPD has felt like they have become a true development partner to Unilever. The product is due to go to market in 2018 and I envisage it to be a success for both parties.
