How To Submit An RFQ
Simple Project Submission
If you are in early stages of your project, or would like to speak to our team before submitting and RFQ, you can fill in the below form. We will aim to contact you within 48 hours.
What is an RFQ?
An RFQ is a 'request for quote' - it is an early specification document to help our proposals team to understand what you are looking to achieve, what a product is, how it works, and it's purpose.
Do I need to submit an RFQ?
No. If you do not currently know all or part of your specification, you can speak with our engineering to help define your specification.
What happens next?
The engineering team will be in touch within 48 hours. Often they will need to clarify some points and additional detail, before providing you with a proposal.
How does RPD provide proposals?
RPD works with a multiple tier proposal system - we will begin with an outline of our intended approach, and estimated cost range to help us and you validate the suitability. Once this has been confirmed, we will present an extensive Scope of Work, that includes all of the details of the project, timelines and costs involved.
